2014 Spring Conference

Welcome to the Conference Registration Site.

Attendees will experience two full days of educational programs and networking opportunities addressing a wide range of timely subject matter targeted to the needs of local government professional administrators from across the State of Tennessee.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The conference center is located adjacent to the Embassy Suites. The hotel link is below:

Because of several other events taking place at the Embassy Suites hotel, there are currently no hotel rooms available on Thursday night. For the available hotel rooms, TCMA conference attendees will receive the discounted rate of $139 per night.

Additional hotel rooms are available at the Hampton Inn & Suites at a discounted rate of $129 per night. This relatively new hotel is located 1.8 miles away and is an easy 4 minute drive to the conference center. The hotel link is below:

Upon completion of the conference registration form, you may pay any applicable cost via credit card or by hard check payable to: TCMA and send to P.O. Box 691, Alcoa, TN 37701. Send a copy of the registration receipt with the hard check.

No registration payments will be refunded for requests received after Monday, April 14, 2014. Any request must be made by email sent to Walker@TNCMA.org.

The conference programs will begin promptly at 1:00 PM (Central) on Wednesday so arrive early. Registration and conference packets will be available for attendees by Noon.
