TCMA Wednesday Night Social Event
On Wednesday, September 24, TCMA conference attendees will have the opportunity to gather with other members and sponsors at Bays Mountain Park and Planetarium. Come join your friends for an evening of fun - including pizza, salad, desserts including ice cream, and beverages. The event starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m.
While at Bays Mountain you will be entertained by members of the ETSU Bluegrass Band, have an opportunity to roam the grounds and see all of the animals in the collection (including a pack of wolves), tour the Nature Center, or enjoy a show at the planetarium.
For those selecting the alcoholic drinks option, there will be an open bar, and a non-alcoholic beverage option is also available. Buses will be provided from the hotel and back, leaving at 5:45, and ample parking is available for those who prefer to drive.
Tickets are available until September 23. A Deluxe Ticket, which includes beer/wine/liquor, is available for $28 per person. A Standard Ticket (non-alcoholic beverages) is available for $22.
