Registration

(A) Full and Associate Member – $250.00
Current members of TCMA in good-standing
(B) Agency Member (MTAS) – $250.00
(C) BRONZE Level Sponsor – $350.00
Registration fee of $350 for each attendee with a maximum of two (2) sponsor-members that may be registered.
(D) Local Government Employee not a TCMA Member – $350.00

(E) Academic Member
Available to TCMA academic members
(F) Honorary, Life, or Alumni Member
(G) Member In-Transition (MIT)
Complimentary registration for a member in-transition and actively pursuing a new position in local government.
(H) PLATINUM & GOLD Level Sponsor
Two (2) complimentary registrations are provided PLATINUM and GOLD level sponsors; additional attendees are $350 each and must be registered under group "L" below.
(I) SILVER Level Sponsor
One complimentary registration is provided to each SILVER Level sponsor; one additional attendee is allowed at $350 and must be registered under group "K" below. There is a maximum of two (2) sponsor-members that can register.
(J) Staff & Affiliate Support
(K) Additional SILVER Level Sponsor (after 1 complimentary) – $350.00
This registration category should be used by a SILVER Level Sponsor for the 2nd member of your firm attending the conference - the first one is complimentary and should be registered under 1c) or 1d). The cost for the additional attendee is $350.

There is a maximum of 2 members that may register from a SILVER Level sponsor.
(M) Advocacy Member – $250.00
L) Additional PLATINUM and GOLD Level Sponsor (after 2 complimentary) – $350.00
This registration category should be used by PLATINUM and GOLD Level Sponsors for additional members attending the conference - the first two members are complimentary and should be registered under 1a) or 1b). The cost for each additional attendee is $350.

The maximum number of members that may be registered by a PLATINUM Level sponsor is four (4) and the maximum that may be registered by a GOLD Level sponsor is three (3).

Registration for the 2025 TCMA Fall Conference on September 24 - 26 in Kingsport is now open. We have put together a GREAT conference, with all kinds of interesting sessions and a fun social event (a golf opportunity will also be available the day before the conference starts). Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday and ending at 11:00 on Friday, there will be lots of interesting educational programming including:

The conference takes place at the Meadowview Hotel and Conference Center, 1901 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport.

The Wednesday Night Social Event will take place at Bays Mountain Park and Planetarium, and it promises to be one of the best social events ever! So be sure to register for this ticketed event and enjoy pizza, salad, desserts, beverages, and a good time with your colleagues.
