Registration

a) Full/Associate/Alumni Member of TCMA – $250.00
Note: Full/Associate & Alumni membership must be current. You must register your partner/spouse for the Thursday lunch if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost is $20)
b) Agency Membership, UT-MTAS – $250.00
Note: You must register your spouse/partner for the Thursday luncheon if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost is $20)
c) BRONZE Level Sponsor – $350.00
BRONZE Level Sponsor - $350 each attendee.
d) Non-TCMA member - Local Government Employees – $350.00
NOTE: Vendors that are not an official TCMA Sponsor are prohibited from attending the conference.
e) Academic Member
One complementary registration is provided per academic member.
f) Honorary Member
Complementary registration provided for Honorary members. Note: You must register your spouse/partner for the Thursday lunch if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost is $20)
g) In-Transition Member
Complementary registration is provided to a TCMA member who is in-transition and is actively pursuing a new position in local government. Note: You must register your spouse/partner for the Thursday lunch if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost $20)
h) PLATINUM & GOLD Level Sponsors
Two complementary registrations are provided to PLATINUM & GOLD level sponsors; additional attendees are $350 each.
i) SILVER Level Sponsor
One complementary registration is provided to each SILVER Level sponsor; additional attendees are $350 each.
j) Staff & Affiliate Support

Registration is closed

Attendees will experience 2 1/2 days of educational programs targeted to the needs of professional local government administrators in the State of Tennessee.

The TCMA Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, located at 1200 Conference Center Blvd, near the I-24 & Medical Center Pkwy exit (exit 76).

Attendees may attend (at no additional cost) a targeted early session "Taking Your Civic Pulse" that will begin promptly at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 13. The regular conference program will begin at 1:00 PM.

Are You a Relatively New TCMA Member or Student Interested in a Career in Local Government?

An opportunity will be provided for you on Wednesday, April 13, from 11:30-12:30 to network in a small group lunch setting with a "seasoned" City Manager to talk informally about the profession, ask questions, and develop new contacts in the profession.

Spouses/Partners Are Encouraged to Attend!

There is no registration fee for attending partners of members (except for the optional Thursday luncheon). Separate from the main conference, there will be an informal session on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00-5:00 PM for spouses and partners of members to get together to connect and discuss common issues.

Social Event

On Wednesday evening, from 6:00-8:00 PM, attendees will have to opportunity to network informally plus have some fun at the Lanes, Trains, and Automobiles Depot. Details on the event and a link to register will be handled separately from the conference registration by early March. Member spouses or partners will be able to attend this social event at no cost.

Cancellations

No registrations fees will be refunded for requests received after Monday, April 4, 2016. Any request for reimbursement must be submitted by email to Mike Walker - Walker@TNCMA.org.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

A block of hotel rooms were set aside for attendees at the Embassy Suites on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights at the discounted group rate of $143 per night plus taxes. Due to high demand, all of the rooms have been booked.

TCMA has secured additional hotel rooms within walking distance at the newly constructed Holiday Inn, located at 1453 Silohill Ln. The discounted room rate is $129 per night plus taxes with a cook to order breakfast included. This rate is available until all the group rooms are reserved or March 28, 2016, whichever comes first.
