    Note: You must register your partner/spouse separately for the Thursday lunch if they plan to attend (extra cost $20)

  • Bronze Sponsor - $350 each attendee.
  • For non-members attending the conference. NOTE: Vendors that are not an official TCMA Sponsor are prohibited from attending the conference.
  • One complementary registration provided per academic member.
  • Complementary registration provided for Honorary members. Note: Your partner/spouse may attend the Thursday luncheon - Cost is $20. A separate registration is required.
  • Complementary registration is provided to any TCMA member who is in-transition and is actively pursuing a new position in local government. Note: You must register separately your spouse/partner for the Thursday lunch if they plan to attend. Cost is $20.
  • Complementary registrations for up to two representatives of the sponsor. Each additional representative is $350.
  • Complementary registration for 1 representative of the sponsor. Each additional sponsor attendee is $350.

  • First SILVER registration is free, each additional registration is $350.

Tennessee City Management Association
2015 Fall Conference
October 21-23, 2015
Chattanooga, Tennessee

Attendees will experience 2 1/2 days of educational programs targeted to the needs of professional local government administrators in the State of Tennessee.

The TCMA Conference will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 407 Chestnut St, in Downtown Chattanooga. 

Attendees may attend (at no additional cost) an Alliance for Innovation Session on "Next Big Things: Are You Future Ready?" that will begin at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 21 . The regular conference program will start at 1:00 PM.

Information on the CMFO credits that may be received from attending the educational sessions is included with the conference program. 

Social Event - On Wednesday evening, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, attendees may enjoy a fall evening on a riverboat cruise on the Tennessee River. Details on the event and a link to register is available at www.TNCMA.org under the future conferences section. 
 
Cancellations - No registrations fees will be refunded for requests received after Monday, October 12, 2015. Any request must be submitted by email to Mike Walker - Walker@TNCMA.org.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

A block of hotel rooms were set aside for attendees at the discounted group rate of $129 per night plus taxes. Self parking is an additional $8 per night. This rate was available until all the group rooms were reserved or October 2, 2015, whichever comes first. At the point, there may not be any rooms available due even at market rates to high demand.

The conference hotels are located 3 blocks south of the Tennessee Aquarium so there are other hotels to consider nearby if you are unable to reserve a room at the above hotels.
