Registration

a) Full/Associate/Alumni Member of TCMA – $250.00
Note: You must register your partner/spouse for the Thursday lunch if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost is $20)
b) Agency Member - UT-MTAS – $250.00
Note: You must register your spouse/partner for the Thursday luncheon if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost is $20)
c) BRONZE Level Sponsor – $350.00
BRONZE Level Sponsor - $350 each attendee.
d) Local Government Employees - Non-TCMA Members – $350.00
NOTE: Vendors that are not an official TCMA Sponsor are prohibited from attending the conference and cannot register under this category.
e) Academic Member
One complementary registration is provided per academic member.
f) Honorary Member
Complementary registration provided for Honorary members. Note: You must register your spouse/partner for the Thursday lunch if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost is $20)
g) In-Transition Member
Complementary registration is provided to a TCMA member who is in-transition and is actively pursuing a new position in local government. Note: You must register your spouse/partner for the Thursday lunch if they attend and will be billed separately. (cost $20)
h) PLATINUM & GOLD Level Sponsors (Up to 2 complementary)
Two complementary registrations are provided to each PLATINUM & GOLD level sponsor; additional attendees are $350 each.
i) SILVER Level Sponsor (1 complementary)
One complementary registration is provided to each SILVER Level sponsor; additional attendees are $350 each.

Registration is closed

Attendees will experience 2 1/2 days of educational programs targeted to the professional needs of local government administrators in Tennessee and Kentucky.

The joint TCMA/KCCMA Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 401 W. Summit Drive in Downtown Knoxville.

Early conference registration opens on Wednesday, October 26 at 8:15 AM (Eastern). A targeted session "Ethics Matter in Our Profession" will begin promptly at 8:45 AM.

Are You a Newer Professional Member or Student Interested in a Career in Local Government?

An opportunity will be provided on Wednesday from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM to network in a small group at lunch with a "seasoned" City Manager where you can talk informally, ask questions, and develop new contacts in the profession. Please note on your registration form if you are interested in participating.

Spouses/Partners Are Encouraged to Attend!

There is no registration fee for spouses or significant partners of professional members to attend (except for the optional Thursday luncheon). Separate from the main conference, there will be an informal session on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00-5:00 PM for member spouses and partners to get together to connect and discuss common issues.

Social Event

On Wednesday evening, from 6:00-8:00 PM, attendees will have to opportunity to see and experience Neyland Stadium like you never have before! Start out and network in the east club level with heavy appetizers and beverages, then go on a stadium tour that includes a walk on Shields-Watkins field and inside the Peyton Manning locker room. Details on this ticketed event and a link to register will be handled in a separate event registration. Professional member's spouses or partners and graduate students will be able to attend this social event at no cost.

Cancellations

No registrations fees will be refunded for requests received after Monday, October 17, 2016. Any reimbursement request must be submitted by email to Mike Walker - Walker@TNCMA.org.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

To check on the availability of hotel rooms at the Crowne Plaza, go to an online hotel booking site or call 865-522-2600. The Group Code is TCM. Don't be afraid to ask for the discounted room rate of $100-$115 per night that was available until September 25!
